The first SilvestreWild event took place at  Plaza de Toros San Miguel – Oriente the evening of Saturday, October 12th, 2019.

Six spectacular courses were crafted by San Miguel Chefs Donnie Masterton, Greta Ortega Casañas, Mariano Alvarez,  J.J. Castañeda, Olivier Deboise and Guest Chef Javier Plascencia from Baja California.

Rodrigo Vidales of Blacksmith Cocktail Workshop created the welcome cocktail, Envy, exclusively for this event. Get the recipe here.

Proceeds from the event benefitted the Niños y Naturaleza program of Audubon de México.

As guests entered the venue they were welcomed by the lyrical sounds of saxophonist Rodrigo of RV Art & Music and greeted by dancers from the Movidanza: Carpe Diem Ballet School. The Elote Jazz Trio and gymnasts from Espacio Gimnasia school entertained guests during the cocktail hour. Angelo Luna, Cellist and Edgar Adrián Sulú Vera, Violinist provided beautiful music throughout the dinner.
