WHAT ARE YOUR DINNERS LIKE AND WHY THE SECRECY?

Through our SilvestreWild Series, we create thoughtful, once in a lifetime dining experiences where only a general location is provided when tickets are released. On the morning of the event, the address is disclosed, while the menu and other details remain a secret.

SilvestreWild locations are distinct and meticulously styled to transform naturally beautiful surroundings into breathtaking dining settings. For a few hours, guests enjoy a slow-paced meal created exclusively for the event by San Miguel’s most renowned Chefs. Featuring a menu inspired by the location and the season, impeccably paired beverages and unexpected art and entertainment envelope you as the evening unfolds, leaving you to savor memorable flavors and experiences with newfound friends.

HOW MANY GUESTS DO YOU HOST AT EACH SilvestreWild  EVENT?

Usually we host between 100 and 150 guests.

HOW MUCH IS A TICKET TO A SilvestreWild EVENT?

Ticket price starts at $3,000 pesos (approx. $150 USD) and varies depending on each location.

WHAT DOES A TICKET INCLUDE?

Each ticket includes a 6-7 course meal and paired alcoholic beverages, entertainment, taxes and gratuity. Eventbrite ticketing service also charges a small processing fee.

DO YOU SHARE THE MENU BEFORE THE EVENT?

We do not disclose menus for future SilvestreWild events. Because our event attendees tend to be adventurous diners, our Chefs have absolute creative control giving them a chance to play and create dishes they don’t typically serve at their restaurants. This allows them to free their imaginations to go beyond traditional culinary boundaries.. The popularity of The SilvestreWild Series proves there is a demand for unique culinary experiences.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS/FOOD ALLERGIES?

Due to the pop-up nature of the events we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions or menu substitutions of any kind. However, if you have allergies or questions about the dishes on offer please do not hesitate to ask a server for details and she/he will find an answer from the chefs.

CAN CHILDREN ATTEND SilvestreWild EVENTS?

Although we love kids, due to the nature of these events, the wine pairings and alcohol service, all attendees must be of legal drinking age.

DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS?

Due to the nature of our events SilvestreWild does not issue refunds for cancellations. However, tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend and you wish to transfer your tickets please contact us with new guest information prior to the event, or have your guests give your name upon arrival. Transfer of funds for your tickets is your responsibility.

WILL I NEED TO BOOK ACCOMMODATIONS?

Our events are usually held within a 30-minute radius of Centro San Miguel de Allende. Given that we serve alcohol, we highly encourage out-of-town guests to book accommodations. We’ve partnered with some of the city’s finest hotels to help you plan overnight stays, all of which provide reduced room rates for SilvestreWild attendees.

WHEN DO YOU RELEASE TICKETS TO FUTURE SilvestreWild EVENTS?

We don’t follow an absolute schedule for ticket release, but you can plan on about 4-6 weeks before the event. We always open ticket sales to previous event attendees and to our invitation list first, and any remaining tickets are released 24 hours later to the public via our social media outlets.

We host SilvestreWild events in unexpected locations and destinations within a 30-minute radius of Centro San Miguel de Allende. The locations are always kept secret until the day of the event, and are never repeated! By fusing food, music, art, theater, and dance, we create unique spaces for social encounters, adventures and discoveries where food comes to life.

ARE SilvestreWild EVENTS ALWAYS OUTDOORS?

Not necessarily, we do host a SilvestreWild events primarily outdoors, but it really depends on the experience we want to create. Sometimes there are stunning indoor locations that are just hard to pass on.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

All events are rain or shine! We always alert you in advance if we anticipate any issues with the venue or weather so you can be prepared. We also plan our locations with weather in mind. For example, we’ll suggest you bring a jacket if the weather will be cool and we’ll plan for tents if there’s rain.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE SilvestreWild EVENTS?

When we send out details about the event to ticketed guests, we include the theme and tips on what to wear. For example, we’ll suggest you bring a jacket if the weather will be cool, or we’ll advise ladies to avoid high heels if we will be in an uneven area. We try to alert you in advance of any particularities of the venue so you can be prepared.

DO YOU HAVE A WAIT LIST FOR SOLD-OUT SilvestreWild EVENTS?

Currently, we do not keep a wait list for sold-out events, as it is unlikely that spots will become available. If you’re interested in attending an event but tickets are not available on our website, contact us during the week before the event and we’ll let you know if there are any available tickets.
